This website is operated by ALIT Education Group Pty Ltd (ABN 61 610 991 145), trading as Australian Leading Institute of Technology (ALIT College), a registered training organisation (RTO 45156) and CRICOS-registered provider (CRICOS 03981M). Our registration details can be checked at any time on the National Register at training.gov.au and on the CRICOS register at cricos.education.gov.au.

You may view, download and print material from this website for your personal, non-commercial use, for the purpose of enquiring about or studying with ALIT, provided you keep all copyright and other notices intact. Nothing on this page limits any use permitted by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), such as fair dealing. Training package content, units of competency and qualification titles are reproduced under the licence terms applicable to each training package as published on training.gov.au; ownership and licence terms differ between packages and are stated there. The Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) logo is used by ALIT under the Commonwealth’s published conditions of use. Other trade marks and logos appearing on this site belong to their respective owners.
Education agents
Our authorised education agents may distribute complete, current marketing material that ALIT has produced and supplied to them. Consistent with the Compliance Standards for RTOs 2025, no agent or other third party may use ALIT’s branding, use the Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) logo, issue AQF certification documentation on ALIT’s behalf, or represent itself as an office or campus of ALIT. The NRT logo is used on this website in connection with ALIT’s nationally recognised training under the Commonwealth’s published conditions of use. Our current list of authorised education agents is published on this website; if you are dealing with an agent who is not on that list, please contact us before paying anyone anything.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, and we review it regularly. Even so, course content, entry requirements, fees, intake dates, delivery locations and delivery modes can change between reviews. Our registration and scope are established by the National Register at training.gov.au and the CRICOS register. If anything on this website appears to differ from those registers or from the written information ALIT gives you, please ask us to clarify it before you enrol — nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the ESOS framework.
The fees that apply to your enrolment are those stated in your written Student Agreement and the fee schedule disclosed to you at that time. Fee changes published on this website apply to new enrolments from the date published.
This website provides general information only. It is not a substitute for the pre-enrolment information and written agreement ALIT provides to each student, and it is not advice about your individual circumstances.
No guarantees
Nothing on this website guarantees that you will be accepted into a course, that you will complete a course or complete it in a particular time, that you will obtain a particular result, or that completing a course will lead to employment, a visa or migration outcome, or an occupational licence or registration. Licences and registrations — including security licences — are issued by the relevant regulator, which applies its own eligibility criteria that ALIT does not control.
Immigration and visa information
ALIT is not a registered migration agent and does not give immigration assistance. Any reference on this website to student visas is general information only. For advice about your visa, contact the Department of Home Affairs (homeaffairs.gov.au) or a registered migration agent listed on the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority register (mara.gov.au).

This website links to external sites, including government registers and regulators, for your convenience. ALIT does not control those sites, does not endorse their content, and is not responsible for it. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.
Online forms, enquiries and chat
Information you submit through this website’s forms, enquiry tools or chat features is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. An enquiry does not create an enrolment or reserve a place. Before you can enrol or pay online, ALIT asks you to complete its free pre-enrolment suitability check, including language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy. ALIT reviews the results and determines that the course is suitable for you before it accepts any course fees. Online enrolment and any payment are subject to ALIT’s enrolment terms, your written Student Agreement, and the Fees, Refunds and Cancellations policy, which operates subject to the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law. ALIT will confirm your enrolment in writing.
Availability and security
We aim to keep this website available and free of harmful code, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access, and you should use your own virus protection. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of this website, harvest data from it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. ALIT is responsible for the accuracy of the information it publishes about its own courses and services; it is not responsible for the content of external websites it links to.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. The version and effective date are shown at the top of the page. Updates apply from the date they are published and apply prospectively; they do not change the terms of any enrolment agreement you have already entered into with ALIT.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth.
