This qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services, either in residential, home or community-based environments. Workers provide person-centred support to older people, with a focus on quality of life and wellbeing.

Entry requirements
- 1Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- 2Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3Current police check and working with children check
- 4IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent
- 5Complete ALIT LLN assessment and achieve ACSF Level 3 or higher
