Certificate II in Security Operations prepares security officers to manage safety and security tasks, such as patrolling and unarmed property protection. It also covers entry screening, behavior monitoring, and handling individuals on the premises. This certification is designed to meet the occupational licensing standards for roles such as an unarmed security guard or crowd controller, ensuring industry compliance and professional competency.

Successful completion of this Security Operations Training provides the necessary competencies to apply to Victoria Police Licensing and Regulation Division for a Private Security Individual Licence for the categories of Crowd Controller and Unarmed Guard.
